ALL Appointments must be prepaid 24-hrs prior to your Appointment Date & Time - No Exceptions! If payment is not received within 24 Hrs, your appointment time may be subject to change without notice.

IMPORTANT NOTE: If you buy the one of the larger packages and a few weeks later (Very common), need a re-touch, I do log how many mins are not used so it can be applied to further readings or re-touches. You may also split up unused minutes and or buy larger packages to be broken into multiple readings until all minutes purchased are used up. There is no expiry on minutes paid for, however if minutes remain unused for a 24-month period, a service fee of $4.00 CAD, per month will be deducted from minutes on your account.

Appointments that are booked and either canceled with less than 48-hour notice, missed or otherwise un-completed appointments will not be refunded - No exceptions! All cancellations without 48 hours notice will be billed for 50% and will not be re-booked until it is paid. Monday appointments must be cancelled by Friday.

Clients are free to record their channeling/reading; in fact, it is encouraged to ensure and validate accuracy and because when I channel Daniel, I do not remember the reading in its entirety.

All sales are final, with no exceptions. Refunds will only be provided if Morgan is unable to conduct the reading. Morgan reserves the right to decline service to anyone for any reason. All purchases must be prepaid before services are provided, and services will not be delivered without payment. If the customer or the intended recipient misses or shortens the appointment for any reason, no refunds or exchanges will be issued, and the appointment will not be rescheduled or extended.
